Eligible entrants include manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, technology providers, engineering firms, EPC contractors, project owners, research institutions, consultants, and industry professionals.
Yes. Organisations may submit self-nominations for their company, products, projects, technologies, teams, or individual employees. Nominations may also be submitted by clients, partners, colleagues, industry peers, or stakeholders.
There is no limit to the number of categories you may enter, provided each nomination meets the eligibility criteria and category requirements. Separate submissions are required for each category.
Supporting documents may include project summaries, product specifications, case studies, images, videos, testimonials, certifications, performance data, sustainability reports, or any other materials that strengthen your nomination. Specific requirements will be outlined in the nomination form for each category.
All nominations are independently evaluated by an expert jury panel comprising industry leaders, technical specialists, consultants, academics, and end-user representatives. Entries are assessed based on criteria such as innovation, impact, technical excellence, sustainability, business value, and industry contribution.
Shortlisted finalists will be notified directly and announced through MECAM Awards marketing channels following the completion of the judging process. The announcement date will be published as part of the awards timeline.
Shortlisted finalists may receive complimentary invitations to attend the awards ceremony. Additional tickets for colleagues, clients, and guests will be available for purchase. Further details will be shared closer to the event.
